All these services are provided for a flat monthly charge of $1,800 per month**
*This service is limited to report writing. Evaluation services such as data collection, data analysis, surveys, focus groups, instrument development, etc. are not included and may be contracted separately.

Grant Writing
Our staff has many decades of highly successful grant writing experience. We have an excellent rate of success and we provide our services at competitive and ethical prices. You can find more information about our grant writing services on the Grant Writing Services Page.
Fees
Level I - grant amounts from $10,000 to $99,000:
We offer a sliding fee schedule based on the grant amount and on the foundation’s budget.
Level II - Grant amounts from $100,000 - $1,000,000+ per fiscal year:
A flat fee of $10,000 is charged for writing grants within this range unless an application requires a level of staff time that exceeds the commitment we would customarily anticipate in the development process. The fee in these instances is negotiated on a case-by-case basis with the client. Grants over one million dollars will be negotiated based on a number of factors on a case-by-case basis. Please call CRR and speak to a representative about your specific project.
Our commitment to grant quality
If a grant we write is not funded, CRR will revise and resubmit the original proposal to the same program the following year using feedback from the reader’s comments. We do not redevelop proposals or write entirely new proposals under this provision, nor will we rewrite the proposal for a new funding source under this provision.
Non-Profit Clients
For non-profit clients, there is no additional fee for rewriting and resubmitting an unfunded proposal to the same funding source.
Grant Narrative Review Services
CRR provides review and critique services for clients who want to write the grant themselves and then have it reviewed by an expert prior to submittal. As part of this service CRR experts will work through two or three complete review and critique cycles, providing written comments with very specific recommendations for improvement. While the fee for this service varies, based on the type of grant involved, fees typically begin at $1,500.

Our staff has access to the finest research resources on the web and we know how to use them. We will meet with you to learn all about your mission, programs, and needs so we’ll be fully prepared to find the best opportunities to support your work.

- Attempt to communicate with two grant recipients about grant maker priorities
- Government Grant Search
- Weekly review of grants.gov
- Weekly review of applicable state grant sites
- Weekly review of Federal Register
- RFP Grant Search
- Weekly review of foundation RFP sites and periodicals
- Daily review of relevant Google alerts
Deliverables:
- Minimum of 3 qualified grant leads per month
- Report providing details on a minimum of 15 organizations screened per month
Silver Research Protocol - $400/month
- Online Foundation Search
- Filter by: Fields of Interest, Geography, Limitations, Type of Organization, Special Factors, Size of grant, Type of funding
- Review 990 for previous year
- RFP Grant Search
- Weekly review of Foundation RFP sites and periodicals
Deliverables:
- Minimum of 3 grant leads per month
- Report of a minimum of 10 organizations screened per month
