Our team of consultants specializes in grant writing, program evaluation, and professional development training. Since we first opened our doors for business in 2000 we have written grant proposals and conducted evaluations for hundreds of clients including public and private schools, school districts, colleges and universities, non-profit philanthropic organizations, county agencies, law enforcement, and social service agencies.

Grant Writing
Our grant writing services have helped our clients secure tens of millions of dollars from federal, state, and private foundation funding sources through effective research and grant proposal development. We write successful grants of almost any size (from $10,000 to $10,000,000+), but we have special expertise in the area of large federal grants.
Evaluation
We have provided professional external evaluation services for hundreds of projects and organizations. All of our evaluation consultants hold Master's degrees at the minimum and have had formal training in program evaluation and qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Our evaluation experience ranges from simple, small program evaluations to extensive and complicated research projects that require Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval and monitoring. CRR consultants are not simply grant writers who also evaluate programs; we are highly skilled experts with training and experience in both evaluation and proposal development. As a result, our clients benefit.
Professional Development
We also provide on-site and online professional development across a broad spectrum of services, skill sets, and program components. Our professional development services extend far beyond grant writing and program evaluation.
